Pay Application Fee

We use a third party service to do credit checks: Experian Connect

1. First you will completed a Application in entirety.
2. You submit the complete application to us via Fax, email, or in person. (Only complete applications will be reviewed)
3. We will request a your credit report, and all adult that will be living at the property.
4. In order to request your report we will need each adults full name and email address.
5. You will receive a email to complete additional information directly with Experian, pay the required fees and to grant us access to the credit report and score.
6. Once that has been completed we can review the report and discuss any concerns with you.
