Only use this form for Maintenance Request for none urgent in nature.

If you have a urgent maintenance request that cannot wait until the next business day, you can call us at (559) 529-5298. Be sure that you are using a phone that accepts incoming calls. Examples of a maintenance emergency would include things such as plumbing, electrical, heating or cooling issues. An emergency is not an annoying sound, outdoor sprinklers going off in the middle of the night, etc.
